Arts for Learning Integration PRIZE
Young Audiences Indiana has turned 50 years old, and wants celebrate!
In honor of our anniversary, $1000 towards Arts for Learning programming will be awarded to five teachers who submit an integrated lesson plan that includes a strong connection between the lesson plan and at least one artist’s workshop, performance, or residency. The prize money defrays the cost of the artist’s participation at the school. Any Indiana public, parochial, or private school teacher is welcome to submit a lesson plan for use during the school day. Submissions are due March 16, 2012, winners will be announced in June 2012, and projects must be completed by December 2012. Please click here for more information or contact Kim Nentrup at knentrup@yaindy.org or(317)925-4043 ext. 122.
