Garret Uyeno began studying traditional Japanese stringed instruments and the ancient fine art of Shodo (calligraphy) when he was still a young man in Hawaii. We are fortunate to be able to offer authentic programs on both art forms. NOTE: Ongaku (music) is designed as a performance for up to 300 students at a time, while the Shodo program is designed as a workshop for one classroom at a time. | |
